How to register children in school or nursery?

In order to register your child in school, you must visit the town hall. The town hall usually has a list of documents for the registration of the child in educational institutions.

The list of documents is:

- Copies of your documents;

- A child birth certificate translated;

- Document confirming your address (confirmation of address: receipt of gas, electricity or telephone, internet, if a person is hosted by someone, you need a certificate of accommodation);

- Vaccination booklet: translation of vaccination booklet made in other countries)

- Passport, the evaluation is generally confirmed by the equivalent of the French system.

Additional documents may be requested.
